How do I restore my purchases?

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to make the purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone → Tap your name → Subscriptions → Select LerneQ → Cancel Subscription.

How do I sync my progress across devices?

Create an account or sign in with Google to sync your learning progress across all your devices.

The audio pronunciation isn't working

Make sure your device isn't on silent mode and the volume is turned up. Also check that you have the German language pack installed on your device.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in the app → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently delete all your data.

Can I use the app offline?

Yes! All vocabulary content is available offline. You only need internet to sync progress or manage your subscription.
