2. Description of Service

LerneQ is a German language learning application that provides vocabulary learning through flashcards, audio pronunciation, and progress tracking.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account to sync your progress across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Some features require a premium subscription
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage subscriptions in your App Store account settings

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including text, images, audio, and design, is owned by LerneQ or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to circumvent any security features

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LerneQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms.
